This Privacy Policy applies to the CommCorrect website, The CX2CRM Connection blog, free assessment forms, contact forms, work engagements, and related communications with CommCorrect. If there is a separate written agreement signed by CommCorrect, the separate agreement will control for that specific engagement.

CommCorrect Technologies helps Salesforce customers evaluate cloud communications, contact center, document management, AI, and other Salesforce-connected business technology solutions. Our services may include needs assessments, requirements gathering, provider shortlisting, demo coordination, vendor evaluation support, contract and pricing guidance, Salesforce architecture advisory, administrator training, and related consulting services.
In most engagements, CommCorrect may be compensated by technology providers if a client chooses to purchase a provider’s products or services. Our clients generally do not pay an additional fee for our free advisory services unless a separate paid engagement is agreed to in writing.
2. Information We Collect
