Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 1, 2018
Last Updated: May 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CommCorrect Technologies website, content, forms, blog, free assessment process, advisory services, consulting services, training services, and related business communications.
By accessing our website, submitting a form, requesting an assessment, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our website or services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, “CommCorrect,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means CommCorrect Technologies. “You” or “your” means the person or organization accessing our website or using our services.
1. About CommCorrect
CommCorrect Technologies is a Salesforce-focused technology advisory firm. We help businesses evaluate cloud communications, contact center, AI, document management, and other Salesforce-connected business technology solutions.
Our services may include needs assessments, requirements gathering, vendor research, provider shortlisting, demo coordination, Salesforce architecture advisory, contract and pricing guidance, administrator training, managed services, and related consulting services.
CommCorrect is not a telecommunications carrier, law firm, accounting firm, insurance advisor, financial advisor, or compliance auditor unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Website Content
The content on our website and blog is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It may discuss Salesforce, contact center technology, communications platforms, AI tools, integrations, vendor evaluation, business processes, architecture considerations, and related topics.
Website and blog content should not be treated as legal, financial, accounting, security, compliance, procurement, or professional advice specific to your organization. You are responsible for evaluating your own business, legal, technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements before making decisions.
We may update, remove, or modify website content at any time without notice.
3. Free Assessments and Advisory Services
CommCorrect may offer free assessments to help businesses understand their technology needs, pain points, vendor options, Salesforce integration considerations, and potential paths forward.
A free assessment may include conversations, questionnaires, requirements gathering, review of your current technology environment, vendor fit analysis, recommendations, introductions, demo coordination, or related advisory support.
A free assessment does not create an obligation for you to purchase any product or service. It also does not guarantee that any provider will meet your requirements, offer specific pricing, accept specific contract terms, or be available in your market.
You are responsible for making the final purchasing decision and for reviewing all provider contracts, order forms, data processing terms, business associate agreements, service level agreements, pricing proposals, implementation plans, and related documents.
4. Provider Compensation and Referral Relationships
CommCorrect may receive referral fees, commissions, revenue share, renewal commissions, or other compensation from technology providers if you choose to purchase products or services through a provider relationship introduced or supported by CommCorrect.
This compensation is generally paid by the provider and is not intended to add a separate fee to your project unless otherwise disclosed. CommCorrect’s goal is to help clients make informed, right-fit technology decisions while maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and providers.
You acknowledge that CommCorrect may have business relationships with certain technology providers. However, CommCorrect is not responsible for a provider’s products, services, pricing, contracts, implementation quality, uptime, security, support, billing, renewals, or performance.
5. Vendor Introductions and Demo Coordination
CommCorrect may help coordinate introductions, demos, technical discovery calls, and provider discussions. You authorize CommCorrect to share information with providers when you ask us to arrange a demo, request a proposal, make an introduction, or otherwise engage a provider on your behalf.
Before that stage, CommCorrect may use anonymized or limited business requirements to evaluate provider fit without sharing your direct contact information when practical.
Once you engage with a provider, that provider’s own privacy policy, terms, order forms, contracts, data processing terms, security practices, support policies, and service commitments will apply.
6. Paid Services, Statements of Work, and Training
Some CommCorrect services may require a separate written agreement, quote, order form, statement of work, subscription agreement, or invoice. Paid services may include Salesforce development, solution architecture, implementation support, managed services, or related professional services.
If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement will control over these Terms for the specific paid engagement if there is a conflict.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees for paid services are due according to the applicable invoice, quote, order form, or statement of work.
7. Separate Software or AppExchange Products
CommCorrect may offer or promote software products, including Salesforce AppExchange applications or related subscription products. These Terms do not automatically grant you any license to use paid software, managed packages, AppExchange products, sandbox installations, production installations, beta features, APIs, or subscription services.
Any software product may be governed by separate terms, order forms, license agreements, privacy terms, data processing terms, support terms, or documentation. If you use a CommCorrect software product, the applicable product-specific agreement will control for that product.
8. Information You Provide
You agree that information you provide to CommCorrect will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any business, technical, employee, customer, vendor, contract, operational, or system information you provide to CommCorrect.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, patient records, payment card data, financial account information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or other regulated data through our website forms or general email unless we have signed a separate written agreement that specifically permits that data to be shared.
9. Confidentiality
CommCorrect understands that technology assessments may involve confidential business information. We will use reasonable care to protect non-public information you provide to us and will use it for the purpose of providing services, evaluating provider fit, coordinating approved vendor engagement, or otherwise supporting our business relationship.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to CommCorrect without restriction, independently developed, received from a third party without restriction, approved for disclosure, or required to be disclosed by law.
If your organization requires specific confidentiality terms, a nondisclosure agreement, data processing agreement, business associate agreement, or security addendum, those must be agreed to in writing before sharing information subject to those requirements.
10. Client Decisions and No Guarantees
CommCorrect provides guidance, analysis, recommendations, and support based on information available at the time. Technology markets, provider features, pricing, product roadmaps, integration capabilities, licensing rules, and contract terms may change.
CommCorrect does not guarantee:
That any provider will be the best or lowest-cost option
That any platform will meet every requirement
That a provider’s demo, proposal, pricing, implementation, support, integration, uptime, security, or roadmap will perform as expected
That any contract negotiation will result in specific savings or terms
That a technology decision will produce specific business outcomes
That website or blog content will remain current, complete, or error-free
You remain responsible for your own due diligence, legal review, security review, procurement process, vendor selection, contract approval, implementation decisions, and ongoing vendor management.
11. Third-Party Products and Services
CommCorrect may discuss, recommend, compare, introduce, or help evaluate third-party technology providers, software platforms, consultants, carriers, implementation partners, or service providers.
Third-party products and services are provided by their respective providers, not by CommCorrect. CommCorrect is not responsible for third-party websites, terms, privacy policies, representations, proposals, invoices, contracts, support, service levels, data practices, security practices, compliance claims, integrations, or performance.
Your use of any third-party product or service is solely between you and that third party.
12. Salesforce and Other Third-Party Marks
CommCorrect may reference Salesforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Open CTI, Service Cloud Voice, AppExchange, and other third-party products or companies for descriptive purposes.
All third-party names, trademarks, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products or companies do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
CommCorrect is an independent business and is not owned by Salesforce or any other third-party provider.
13. Intellectual Property
The CommCorrect website, blog content, graphics, branding, service descriptions, frameworks, assessment materials, templates, recommendations, and other materials are owned by CommCorrect or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, or print website content for your internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CommCorrect retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methodologies, templates, processes, tools, training content, and know-how.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommCorrect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
CommCorrect does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommCorrect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, procurement delays, implementation failures, or damages related to third-party products or services.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommCorrect, its owners, employees, contractors, advisors, and partners from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, or information you provide to CommCorrect.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or CommCorrect’s services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
